START UP Strategy and Implementation – The success of most businesses depends on effective marketing strategies. To meet the expectations of existing and new clientele, we provide inputs on start-up skills, new market development, channel strategy/ development, innovation/ growth enablers and direct sales strategies. This service is provided over an extended period of minimum 4-6 months or as required by the assignment and is executed only on contractual terms of agreement.
